Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable a KARAOKE device to accept a reservation for plural pieces of music data in block, but not piece by piece, through a single operation in the case where a user retrieves pieces of music that the wants to sing and makes a reservation for plural pieces of music for the use of the KARAOKE device.
CONSTITUTION: Many music data which can be reserved are stored in the KARAOKE music electronic retrieval device such as an at-a-glance electronic guide book and the user retrieves pieces of music by using singer's names, music titles, etc., as key words and selects desired music out of them (steps S1 to S5). Then when selecting operation for desired pieces of music is all completed and their reservation is done with a reservation key, etc., the reserved music data which are previously selected are transferred together to the KARAOKE device at a time (S6 to S8). Consequently, the trouble o reserve pieces of music, one by one, is eliminated.
