Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the amplification device which can excellently establish whether or not a microphone is connected. CONSTITUTION: Each electronic sound amplification device is equipped with a microphone 2, which is coupled with an amplifying means 6 and a comparing means 25 through a coupling means 3. The amplifying means 6 is provided with 1st and 2nd input terminals 12 and 13 coupled with the input and output of the amplifying means 6 and arrayed so as to generate a threshold signal as a function of signals supplied through those input terminals 12 and 13. The output terminal 14 of the generator 4 is coupled with the input terminal 11 of a comparison output terminal 5. The generator 4 is so arrayed as to take out a threshold signal as a function of a gain rate adjusted by the amplifying means 6.
