PURPOSE: To produce an electronic switch of reliable and stable operation by making use of the characteristics of complementary MOs inverters so that a high operating voltage corresponding to audio signals are supplied to prevent the distorsion in the signal waveforms and to raise the control voltage.
CONSTITUTION: Compementary inverters 25 to 29 require a high operating voltage so as to prevent distorsion in th waveforms of audio signals. As a result, the voltage, which is generated in the high voltage winding 41 of an oscillatory transformer 37 of a bias oscillator 22, is rectifed into the operating voltage of each inverter. The gate voltage for inverting the operation becomes equal to or higher than the operating voltage. Upon the reproduction of a control line 23, a negative potential is established by a resistor 24 so that a gate voltage equal to the operating voltage of each inverter is taken out. During the recording operation, a recording high voltage line HV 44 is connected with a transistor 40 so that the potential of the control line 23 is changed to HV 44 by the main voltage, which is fed through a switch 21, and fed to each inverter.
