Abstract:
To certainly reduce rush current.
An electronic switch 1 has a MOS-FET 2, a voltage signal generator circuit 3, a voltage detection circuit 4, and a voltage control circuit 5. The generator circuit 3 generates a gate voltage signal so as to change the MOS-FET 2 from a non-conducting state to a conducting state, taking time longer than its turn-on time. The detection circuit 4 detects a voltage value applied to both ends of a load 102 and outputs a detected voltage. The gate voltage signal is controlled by the control circuit 5 based on the detected voltage outputted from the detection circuit 4, and is applied to the gate terminal 2c of the MOS-FET 2.
