PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress damage toa low level even when ticket secret information is exposed by providing the ticket secret information with validity in the case of executing interactive certification based on the ticket secret information between certification device and a verification device.
SOLUTION: A thicket issuing part 104 in a ticket issuing device 100 generates a ticket from user's certification device inherent information, ticket secret information selected in accordance with the valid period of the ticket and ticket additional information. A certification information generating part 203 in a cerification device 200 generates cerification information by using the corresponding ticket and cerification device inherent information based on a verification information received from a verification device 300 and sends the information to the device 300. A valid disclosed information selecting part 307 in the device 300 selects a ticket disclosed information valid at present and an interactive verification part 304 verifies that verification information stored in a verification information storing part 303 is prepared by a valid ticket based on the ceritification information.
