PURPOSE: To reduce the number of component parts, and to execute easily the maintenance, by raising a degree of integration of parts.

CONSTITUTION: A time piece is constituted of three parts, namely, a circuit block 3 provided with all circuits required for a time piece function, a battery 1 and a display body 2. A part projected like a plane from the battery 1 is provided on the display body 2, and the circuit block 3 is fixed to this part. The battery 1 is clamped to the reverse side of the display body 2 by a battery holder 4. By constituting in this way, it is possible to obtain an electronic time piece which is inexpensive and excellent in its maintenance and service property.
