To provide a radio-controlled timepiece capable of correcting quickly a time in timing other than the just hour, with low electric power consumption.

When a switch S1 is closed by pulling out a winding crown 61 to switch a mode of the radio-controlled timepiece 1 from a time display mode to a time correction mode, a time correction mode detecting means 47 outputs a correction signal to a clocking control means 41 via a time counter correction means 49. The clocking control means 41 corrects a numerical value of a counter thereof based on the correction signal, and drives a second motor MO and a hour and minute motor M1 to move the second hand 54 to the zero position and to move the minute hand 53 to the just minute position just after the time. The time correction in the timing other than the just hour is carried out quickly with the low electric power consumption, because a wasteful operation of returning the minute hand 53 to the zero point carried out in a prior art is not carried out.
