Therefore, the urging force of the signal input spring 360c itself realizes contact to a reset terminal 701, so that the signal input spring 360c cannot be plastically deformed by the operation of the reset button 10. Then, since the plastic deformation of the signal input spring 360c can be prevented, timing can be maintained appropriately without causing the input timing of reset signals to deviate.
