Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an electronic type distance recorder enhanced in precision by renewing the memory content of a non-volatile memory every time when the travel distance reaches a write standard distance smaller than a unit travel distance and enhanced in reliability by confirming the memory content every time when the travel distance reaches the unit travel distance.
CONSTITUTION: An electronic type distance recorder has a microcomputer 2 for integrating a travel distance according to the pulse signal from a distance sensor 1, renewing and holding the total travel distance by a non-volatile memory 7 having a main memory 10 consisting of plural sets of groups, and displaying it by an indicator 9. The microcomputer 2 renews the memory content of at least one group of the main memory 10 every time when the travel distance reaches a write standard distance. Further, it makes the memory content of each group of the memory 10 the same every time when the travel distance reaches a unit travel distance k-times the write standard distance.
