Abstract:
PURPOSE:To display the correct outside air temperature without being influenced by the influence of the radiation heat supplied from the engine of a vehicle or a road surface by constituting the title device so that the display temperature is not varied when the car speed is below a prescribed value and the detected outside air temperature is over the display temperature. CONSTITUTION:A means for detecting the outside air temperature of a vehicle and a means B for displaying the outside air temperature are provided, and further a means C for memorizing the display data for the display of tempera ture on the means B is provided, and further a means D for detecting the car speed is provided. Further, a means E for comparing the outside air temperature detected by the means A and the temperature displayed on the means B accord ing to the display data memorized in the means C is provided. In this case, if the car speed detected by the means D is over a prescribed value, the display data is increased and decreased according to the result of the comparison in the means E. Further the display data is reduced only in case when the car speed detected by the means D is below a prescribed value and the outside air temperature detected by the means E is below the display value.
