To provide an electronic voting device allowing even physically handicapped voters to vote as smoothly as healthy people do, while assuring protection of individual information.
A display means for performing a display using vision, voice, vibration and letters is provided as a display means for voters who practice voting. In particular, a letter guide means comprises a 'kana (the Japanese syllabary)' letter display device capable of displaying letters in their right stroke orders using a touch pin, and a Braille display device, so that all voters including physically handicapped voters can smoothly vote and the process of vote counting is smoothened to promote a barrier-free voting for visually and aurally handicapped people to make fair election possible.
