At each voting station, soon after voter's electronic voting through electronic voting terminals 11, 21, the voting contents are printed on paper by roll printers 13, 23. When the voting contents printed on the paper are confirmed by the voter, the paper is fed to make the voting contents printed on the paper become covered, and the contents printed by the roll printers 13, 23 are transferred to a PC server 1 of an election management main office. At that time, confirmation of the voting contents is performed by the voter with a confirmation button, after a lapse of a prescribed time after the button is pushed, for example, after a lapse of around 3 to 6 seconds, the paper is fed. The prescribed time is appropriately decided in response to a moving time or the like of the voter.
