Abstract:
In order to permit production of a watch with or without a seconds hand, the movement comprises, in addition to a motor 4, a framework 6, 8, an hours runner 24 and a minutes runner 22, a transmission runner 14 driven by the motor and equipped with a bearing surface 14b, and holes in the framework to define an axis of rotation coincident with the axis of the hands and a second axis of rotation YY'. For assembly without a seconds hand, a wheel is mounted on the bearing surface 14c. For assembly with a seconds hand, a seconds runner 34 is mounted, disposed according to the axis of the hands, and a transmission runner 36 is mounted, disposed according to the axis YY'. The operations for mounting one or the other of the movements are thus greatly simplified.
