Abstract:
To obtain a wattmeter which can detect service interruption without installing a service interruption detection circuit.
A CPU 22 outputs a signal for operating a clock part 25 with a specified period. The CPU 22 outputs a signal on the basis of a count value of a pulse counter 24 which is driven by the output signal of a quartz oscillation part, at the time of interruption. When a current flows, the CPU 22 outputs a signal on the basis of a count value of a power supply pulse frequency demultiplier 21 which is driver by an output signal of a power supply pulse detection part.
