A piston valve (6) that slides up and down according to a flow rate of intake air flowing on an upstream side of the open-close valve (8) is provided, and an electronic fuel control device (12) for controlling a fuel flow rate based on a control signal from an electronic control device (75) is provided in an peripheral area of the open-close valve (8). The piston valve (6) is provided with a jet needle (21) for controlling the fuel into an intake passage (5) according to the up-and-down movement of the piston valve (6).
