Abstract:
To limit an overcurrent even in an abnormal state where a thermistor does not reach a trip state.SOLUTION: Electronic equipment comprises an overcurrent protection circuit that includes a thermistor Rth and a resistor R1 mounted on a printed board 10b so as to be inserted in series between a power supply and a protection target circuit. The printed board 10b is provided with pads 11 and 12 on which electrodes 100 and 101 of the thermistor Rth are respectively soldered, pads 13 and 14 on which electrodes 102 and 103 of the resistor are respectively soldered, and wiring 16b for connecting between the pad 13 and the pad 12. For the wiring 16b, a width W3 in a direction perpendicular to an extending direction from the pad 13 to the pad 12 is wider than a width W1 in the perpendicular direction of the pad 12, and a portion formed under the thermistor Rth is projected from the pad 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
