PURPOSE: To provide an electrophotographic device whose constitution is simple and which is miniaturized and has high resolution.

CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive drum 6 having a fixed magnet 7 inside is used. After an electrostatic latent image is formed, the photosensitive drum 6 is brought into contact with a magnetic developer 12 in a developer storage reservoir 11 and the developer 12 is attracted to the surface of the photosensitive body 6 by magnetic force. Further. when an electrode roller 15 on which an AC voltage is applied passes, toner remains on only an image part and it is developed and actualized. A fixed magnet 16 for allowing two magnetic poles or more to appear on the surface of a roller is included in the electrode roller 15. Thus, the electrophotographic device which is miniaturized and has high image quality and excellent high speed adaptability can be obtained.
