Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable the miniaturization of a process device without prolonging a process time and further, proper elution processing in an eluting part and to prevent the occurrence of the thinning of a line by providing a punching part punching a positioning hole for installing to a printer from a developing part to the eluting part and a cooling means for cooling a surface plate.
CONSTITUTION: In a fixing/punching part, plural fixing lamps 23 are successively lighted to fix the toner of a plate surface, according to the advancing of an electrophotographic lithographic printing plate 20, while it is carried by a carrying belt 22 and turned off after passage. The electrophotographic lithographic printing plate 20 is cooled by a cooling fan 25, while being carried above a punching surface plate 21 by the carrying belt 22. It is temporarily stopped in the fixed position of the punching surface plate 21 and descends (position 221), to stand the printing plate 20 on the batholith 21. The printing plate 20 is stood for cooling for a specified time and then, positioned to punch the hole for installing to the printer by a punching unit.
