Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic member having excellent deformation recovery property even when stored or used in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment and contributing to formation of high-quality electrophotographic images, a process cartridge, and an electrophotographic apparatus.SOLUTION: The electrophotographic member of the present invention includes an electro-conductive mandrel and an electro-conductive layer. The electro-conductive layer comprises a resin synthesized from an ion conducting agent and a compound that is reactive with the ion conducting agent, the ion conducting agent has a specific anion and a cation having at least three hydroxyl groups, and the compound can react with a hydroxyl group.
