To provide a charge transport material highly soluble to a binder polymer, capable of forming an organic thin film of stable and high density, and high in carrier mobility, and to provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor using the material.
A tris-(4-styryl phenyl) amine derivative is represented by the following general formula (1), in which the ratio of geometric isomers three double bonds of which are all transformers is 50% or more.
