Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electrophotograph planographic printing plate having high sensitivity to various light sources, high surface smoothness and high water resistance and excellent suitable to printing by forming a layer of an electrophotographic photoreceptor contg. zinc oxide as a photoconductive agent and a resin binder and having a specified surface smoothness on one face of a polyester film substrate with electrically conductive layers having a specified surface resistance on both faces.
SOLUTION: Both faces of a polyester film substrate are made electrically conductive so as to ensure 0.1-107Ω/sq. surface resistance and the faces are electrically connected at the edges. One face of the resultant film substrate is coated with a layer of an electrophotographic photoreceptor contg. zinc oxide as a photoconductive agent having 500-3,000" surface smoothness. The resin binder is preferably a blend of an acrylic resin having 1.0-20.0 mg KOH/g acid value and an acrylic resin having 80-100 mg KOH/g acid value and contg. 2-methacryloyloxyethyl monohexahydrophthalate as at least one of acid components.
