PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electrophotographic plastic endless belt excellent in toner releasability and durability and capable of giving a satisfactory image.
SOLUTION: The plastic endless belt consists of many layers including a developer carrying layer 16 formed with a main material based on silicone resin or a material based on fluorine modified acrylic resin. At least one of the other layers except the developer carrying layer 16 is a layer contg. an electrically conductive agent.
