CONSTITUTION: A biphenylamine compd. represented by formula I is used as an electric charge transferring material in a photosensitive layer and a bisazo compd. represented by formula II as an electric charge generating material. In the formula I, each of R1-R4 is H, halogen, alkoxy, alkyl or aryl. In the formula II, R5 is H, halogen alkyl or alkoxy, R6 is alkyl, aryl or an arom. hetero ring, R7 is H, cyano, carbamoyl, carboxyl, ester or acryl and each of R8 and R9 is H, halogen, nitro, alkyl or alkoxy.
