Abstract:
To provide an electro-deposition grindstone having a long service life and a manufacturing method.SOLUTION: An electro-deposition grindstone 1 includes: a plating layer 3; first abrasive grains 4 projecting from the plating layer 3; and second abrasive grains 5 arranged between the first abrasive grains 4, projecting from the plating layer 3 by an amount smaller than that of the first abrasive grains 4 and having a smaller grain size than that of the first abrasive grains 4. The first abrasive grains 4 includes at least one selected from a group consisting of diamond abrasive grains, CBN abrasive grains and metal oxide abrasive grains. The second abrasive grains 5 includes at least one of diamond abrasive grains and CBN abrasive grains.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
