PURPOSE: To lower the required processing accuracy for parts by maintaining a mechanical balance through the fulcrum of a beam in an electropneumatic converter with a simple structure for elimination of inclining characteristics due to a gravitational effect.
CONSTITUTION: A magnet unit 8 consisting of a yoke 5, a coil 6 and a permanent magnet 7 is mounted in a row on one end of a beam 2 provided with a fulcrum 3, and a balancer 10 is disposed on the other end. A nozzle 15 is mounted, facing the beam. The beam is divided into magnet unit side 21 and balancer side 22, which are mounted in a row so as to be rotated and fixed by a journal part 23 at a fulcrum position. The balancer is mounted to be movable on a plane which passes through the center of gravity and the fulcrum on the magnet unit side.
