Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent a diaphragm from being partially sucked due to variation in a surface potential of an electret dielectric film by a simple method in an electrostatic acoustic converter in which the surface potential of the electret dielectric film is used as a polarization voltage.SOLUTION: Disclosed is an electrostatic acoustic converter which includes a diaphragm and a fixed electrode arranged opposite to each other at a predetermined interval and which has an electret dielectric film on one of opposite surface sides. The surface of the electret dielectric film 22 is divided into a plurality of segment regions 22B, and a predetermined surface potential is given to each segment region 22b by polarization processing means.
