PURPOSE: To form images with stable image quality by fixing to specific material particles two kinds of different vinyl resin fine particles in their average diameters which are charged with the same polarity, to the basic material particles by the application of mechanical shock thereto.
CONSTITUTION: As a binder for basic material particles, graft or block copolymer of crystalline polyester and amorphous vinyl polymer is used. Two kinds of different resin fine particles in their average diameters which are charged with the same polarity are fixed to the basic material particles by the application of mechanical shock thereto. As the vinyl polymer used as the resin fine particles, stylene resin acryl resin, and stylene-acryl resin are preferable. It is thus possible to form images with stable image quality when such toner is used repeatedly.
