Abstract:
To provide an electrostatic induction type mechanoelectrical transducer which uses an electret and has more excellent output.
The electrostatic induction type mechanoelectrical transducer comprises: an electret; a first counter electrode; and a second counter electrode. The first counter electrode is oppositely arranged to one of a pair of main surfaces on the electret. The second counter electrode is oppositely arranged to the other of the pair of main surfaces on the electret. The first counter electrode and the second counter electrode are relatively movably provided along the electret and the thickness direction.
