PURPOSE: To provide the method for printing many sheets which uses the plate made of two-layered constitution consisting of a conductive base body and a charge transfer layer, can save an exposing stage at the time of printing of many sheets and can prevent the deterioration of the charge transfer layer by this exposing and the plate to be used for this method.
CONSTITUTION: The printing plate 1 is formed of the charge transfer layer 3 which reversibly or irreversibly forms a barrier layer 4 by photoirradiation and the conductive base plate 2 which is provided in the relation adjacent to this charge transfer layer 3 and can easily implant charges into the charge transfer layer 3. This plate is subjected to photoirradiation and is thereby formed with memory images. The plate formed with the memory images is electrified and is provided. The developed images are transferred, by which the printing of many sheets is executed.
