Title:
ELECTROSTATIC RELAY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3637804
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the size thin and appropriately open a contact by bending part of a moving electrode, contacting part of the moving electrode with a fixed electrode to elastically deform, and closing the moving contact to the fixed contact.
SOLUTION: A moving base plate 2 elastically supports a moving electrode 10 through first elastic supporting parts 9a, 9b, and also elastically supports a moving contact 12 in the central part through second supporting parts 11a, 11b. Free ends of the first elastic supporting parts 9a, 9b act as anchors 13a, 13b to be connected to a fixed base plate 1. The anchor 13b is connected to a pad 6d of the fixed base plate 1. The moving electrode 10 has a cutout part 14 formed in a part corresponding to signal wires 4a, 4b. The moving contact 12 is swingingly supported with the second elastic supporting parts 11a, 11b. A moving contact 16 is installed on the bottom surface of the moving contact 12 through an insulating film 15, and bent upward. By this bending shape, desirable contact opening force can be obtained.
