CONSTITUTION: The 1st roller 3 of small diameter is connected to a negative electrode, and also the 2nd rollers 4 of large diameter grounded is arranged opposite to the 1st roller 3 leaving a prescribed clearance. An eletrification device 2 positioned above the rollers 3, 4 for turning resin fragments to generate triboelectricity therein is provided. Between a resin discharge port 9 of the device 2 and the 2nd roller 9, two guide rollers 6, 7 are arranged under the discharge port 9 right and left and horizontally, and also a electrically conducting conveyor belt 8 is wound on the outer peripheral surface of the roller 4, 6, 7 to move the belt 8 in one direction, associated with the rotation of the 2nd roller 9 in the 'n' direction by a driving mechanism.
