To provide an electrothermal cooker capable of surely heating the upper part of a heated object and antifogging a confirmation window with simple configuration by appropriately arranging an upper electrothermal heater and the confirmation window.
The electrothermal cooker includes: a lid body 3 for blocking the upper opening of a casing for holding the heated object heating case in a heating chamber; a lower electrothermal heater; the upper electrothermal heater 9; and the confirmation window B made of a plate-like transmitting body 10 transmitting visible light. The lid body 3 includes an outer lid 30, and a metal inner lid 31 disposed at the lower part of the outer lid 30 to partition and form an upper part in the heating chamber 5. The upper electrothermal heater 9 is disposed at the lid body 3 adjacently to the inner lid 31, and openings corresponding to the confirmation window B are formed in the outer lid 30 and the inner lid 31. The lower side of an opening edge of the outer lid 30 is formed as a fitting part 30f for fitting the plate-like transmitting body 10 from below, and the upper side of the opening edge of the inner lid 31 is formed as an abutting support part 31d for supporting an outer peripheral edge 10a of the plate-like transmitting body 10 fitted to the fitting part 30f in an abutment manner, while surrounding the outer peripheral edge from below.
