Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve stability at a belt straight line part by certainly making all mutual contact standard surfaces pressure contact with their adjoining elements in the case of setting the not less than three mutual contact standard surfaces on surfaces of the elements.
SOLUTION: The mutual contact standard surfaces 8, 9, 10 higher by some μm than a general surface are set on the element 1 made of a saddle part 2, an ear part 3 and a neck part 4. Each of the mutual contact standard surfaces is made independent from each other by forming an ear recessed part 11, a neck recessed part 12, etc., which are lower by about some μm than the general surface between each of the mutual contact standard surfaces 8, 9, 10. Each of the mutual contact standard surfaces 8, 9, 10 is certainly adhered to its adjoining element 1 by deflecting and deforming it at the relatively thin ear recessed part 11, the neck recessed part at the time when the element 1 receives a bending moment.
