Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an element exchanging filter which is simple in the structure for withdrawing the entire fluid stored therein prior to an element exchange, is composed of a smaller number of parts and has decreased interchangeable parts.
SOLUTION: The element of the oil filter 100 in a use state coupled with a cap 10 which is inserted with a drain bolt 20 and in which the element S/A30 is housed and a case 40 is exchanged simply by previously removing the drain bolt 20 form the cap 10 prior to exchange of the element S/A30, by which the drain hole part 14 and both of a first drain passage 15 and second drain position 16 are communicated. The stained oil and clean oil stored in the inside are, therefore, simultaneously and completely removed. As a result, the oil drain structure is simplified and the number of the parts is decreased. Only the O-ring 22 is required for the exchange parts relating to the drain bolt 20.
