A storage case 13 of an oil filter element 12 is divided into a case body 14 and a cap 15 formed to have lidded cylindrical shapes having opening tips 14a, 15a, respectively. In this storage case 13, by inserting a tip part of the cap 15 from an opening 14b of the case body 14 into inside of the case body 14 until the case body 14 abuts on a stopper 15c projectingly formed on the outer periphery of the cap 15, the case body 14 and the cap 15 are detachably assembled. In the case body 14, an oil receiving wall 25 extending in the tip 14a side of the case body 14 from the stopper 15c and covering a lower part of an oil filter 11 at fitting into an engine is formed.
