Abstract:
To provide a thermal fuse which satisfactorily reduces the damage of a fuse element even when being subjected to repetitive heating at the temperature between the lower temperature of melt-down temperature and solidus temperature thereof in a thermal fuse whose melt-down temperature of a fuse element is 92-98C.
The thermal fuse has an alloy composition composed of 48-54% In, 7-10% Bi, 1.5-3.0% Zn, 0.1-1.0% Ag, and the balance Sn.
