Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soot removing device capable of removing the soot falling from an air pre-heater installed in a boiler duct onto a steam type air pre-heater therebelow.
SOLUTION: An air pre-heater 1 to heat the air by the exhaust gas and a steam type air pre-heater 2 therebelow are arranged in an air duct 4. A soot removing structure 6 which permits the air passing from the lower side but receives the soot falling from the upper side is arranged between the air pre- heater l and the steam type air pre-heater 2. In the soot removing structure 6, a plurality of angles which are open upward with e.g. the angle side downward are arranged in a staggered manner.
