PURPOSE: To house a boat in a shed safely and compactly.

CONSTITUTION: A pit 26 for moving up and down a floating boat 22 consisting of a water seal plate 27 which can partition the space between the sea or river and the pit 26 and a water level adjust means 25a which forms the waterway for moving the boat 22 between the pit 26 and a shed 23 by moving up the water level in the pit 26, is installed between the water zone 24 in which the boat 22 can take a floating status and the housing warehouse 23. The shed 23 for housing the boat 22 consisting of a support stand 29 for placing the boat 22 and a cover part 30 which can be opened and closed freely and partition the space between the shed 23 and the pit 26, can be communicated with the adjacent pit 26 and is installed at the position upper than that of the pin 26. Accordingly, since the boat is housed into the shed by moving up and down the water level in the pit, a boat parking place can be made compactly and the floating boat can be moved so that its safety can be improved by the waterway for moving between the pit and the shed.
