PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the disengagement of a leg shaft and a lock body even when the lock body is simply operated under a condition that the load of a supported object is added to an elevating body. SOLUTION: The elevating body 1 comprises the lock body 11 assembled in a case body 10 by a rotating shaft 11b mounted on an upper part with respect to an engagement part 11a engaged with a male screw part 20 of the leg shaft 2, and a lever body 12 assembled in the case body 10 in a state of allowing a contact part 12a to be upwardly movable to a back face 11c of the lock body 11. A raised part 11d is formed on an upper side of the rotating shaft 11b of the lock body 11, the lock body 11 is rotated to disengage the engagement part 11a from the leg shaft 2 at a moving position where a contact part 12a of the lever body 12 is pressed to the raised part 11d, and the contact part 12a of the lever body 12 is elastically deformed by the pressure contact with the raised part 11d under a condition that the elevating body 1 receives the load of the supported object M.
