This elevation type housing device is provided with a housing cabinet 11, a housing rack 23 provided inside the housing cabinet 11, an elevation support unit 15 having arms 13 and 14 for elevating the housing rack 23, a door 19 for opening and closing the housing cabinet 11, a sealing means 21 for the door 19, and an interlock means 28 for opening and closing the door 19 with the elevation of the housing rack 23. The door 19 can be opened and closed with the elevation of the housing rack 23, and the housing rack 23 can be elevated by one operation. The elevation type housing device improved in the operating efficiency thereof is provided.
