Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator apparatus capable of emitting broadcasting sounds at a uniform volume to all of passengers of a car of an elevator by securing a vibration loudspeaker in the car using a mechanism that can effectively transmit a vibration of the vibration loudspeaker without impairing the beauty of the industrial design of the car.SOLUTION: An elevator apparatus in accordance with the present invention includes a car having a ceiling board and side walls and a loudspeaker. The loudspeaker is a vibration loudspeaker having a vibration transmission surface. The vibration loudspeaker is disposed on the lower surface of the ceiling board, and a diaphragm is attached to the vibration transmission surface of the vibration loudspeaker. The diaphragm is secured with a suspension member disposed on the ceiling board, and a gap is created between the side wall and the diaphragm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
