Abstract:
To provide an elevator car further facilitating alignment of side plates with respect to skirting boards.
The elevator car 10 includes a bottom surface 15 having the plurality of skirting boards 12 on a peripheral edge thereof; and the side plates 11 attached onto the individual skirting boards 12. Two projections 22 projected above toward the side plate 11 are disposed on an upper portion 12b of each skirting board 12. Locking holes 21 for inserting their respective corresponding projections 22 are disposed in a bottom section 11b of the side plate 11. Each projection 22 is made up of a base portion 22a formed on the skirting board 12, and a tapered portion 22b formed on the base portion 22a.
