To solve such a problem that there is the room for further improvement, for example, in the point of a power supply, in a conventional technique.
An elevator control apparatus includes a DC receiving power source, an electric storage device, and an inverter. The DC receiving power source supplies DC power. The electric storage device can store the DC power from the DC receiving power source. The inverter converts the DC power supplied from the DC receiving power source or the electric storage device into AC power, and supplies the converted AC power to an electric motor moving the car of an elevator up and down.
