PURPOSE: To enable a user to smoothly go to a story of the final destination by enabling a time, required for a transfer, to shorten as short as possible, in the case that the user performs the transfer of an elevator.

CONSTITUTION: In the case of setting a service story of an elevator group A to 1st to 4th stories and a service story of an elevator group B to 1st, 4th to 6th stories, when assumed a user goes from 2nd story to 6th story. The user of riding in a car of the elevator group A from the 2nd story presses a 4-story destination button and a connection button, in the car. Then an estimation time arithmetic means 101 estimation-calculates an operation time from the present call condition till the car reaches the 4th story and a walking time till the user of getting off the car in the 4th story reaches a gate of the elevator group B. A connection car selecting means 102 selects a car, which can reach the 4th story in a time equal to this estimated time, of the cars of the elevator group B. An elevator control command circuit 103 registers a landing call of the 4th story relating to this selected car.
