Abstract:
To provide a door monitoring device which achieves a highly convenient control according to a door operating condition even if a signal from a door safety device mounted on an elevator is not available.SOLUTION: An elevator door monitoring device is connected to a maintenance worker terminal carried by a maintenance worker of an elevator via a communication line and monitors a door of the elevator. The elevator door monitoring device is provided with a current detector in an electric motor to open/close a car door and transmits information to urge the modification of the car door operation to the maintenance worker terminal when the number of times that the current detected by the current detector exceeds a threshold reaches a prescribed condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
