The elevator facility 10 installed in the refrigerated warehouse is provided with a lower part of an elevator shaft 5 structuring a hoistway arranged to face a load sorting place and a top part of the elevator shaft arranged in a refrigerator or adjacent to the refrigerator on a floor where the refrigerator is installed to convey a load between the load sorting place 2 facing outside and the floor on which the refrigerator 4 is installed. An air blower 11 for supplying cold air in the refrigerator 4 into the elevator shaft is installed in the top part of the elevator shaft 5. For example, it is preferable to provide an opening part for a separation wall for separating the top part of the elevator shaft from the refrigerator, and also to install a ventilation fan, especially a pressured ventilation fan, as the air blower 11 for the opening part via a fire damper.
