PURPOSE: To insert a fastener or handle a tool through a cutout easily and quickly by fixing the back of a three-way frame to form three ways of an access to a door sill with a fastener and forming the cutout in the lower end of the three-way frame to operate the fastener.
CONSTITUTION: A door sill 3 is fixed to a floor at a gateway access and provided with a standing three-way frame to form three ways of the access. In this case, to install the three-way frame, a fastener 23 is first inserted from a cutout 22 and temporarily fixed thereto in such a state that a mounting 8 at the lower end is arranged on the upper face of a mounting 20 to place the back 5a of the three-way frame at the same position as the front end face 3b of the door sill 3. Then, after the side face 5c of the three-way frame is positioned in the right and left directions along a reference line 10, a tool is inserted from the cutout 22 to fix the fastener 23. At this time, as the cutout 22 is open to the opening of the access, the insertion of the fastener 23 and the handling of the tool are easily and quickly allowed.
