PURPOSE: To improve the serviceability by calculating users' average waiting time and finding accurate calling classification waiting time and riding time in accordance with the condition of the users by determining the elevator operation control means in accordance with the average waiting time.
CONSTITUTION: Number of passengers are counted by each floor, their directions and calling classification by a number of rider accumulation value counting means 10 in accordance with the output of a passenger detection means 102, and also number of calls are accumulated by calling classification, floor numbers and their directions by a hall call number counting means 106 in accordance with the output of a hall call register device 105. The average waiting time is collected by an average waiting time collecting means 108 through respective data of number of rider accumulation value, number left out of loading, number of calls by classification hall, and calling classification hall calling continuation time. Pointing and preparation of operation control direction are performed by an operation control direction selection/preparation means 110 based on statistical processed data of the average waiting time, a control goal 113 and the like, and a call assignment elevator is selected.
