Abstract:
To provide an elevator group management control system that can suppress the risk of an elevator being operated while a user is riding a wrong elevator.SOLUTION: A group management control system 1 comprises: a first camera 13 for photographing a user of elevators 20a, 20b, and 20c; authentication means 12, 31, 32; assigning means 33, 34 for assigning one of the elevators 20a, 20b, 20c to the user as an assigned car; notification means 14 for notifying a legitimate user of the assigned car; storage means 32 for holding an image of the legitimate user photographed by the first camera 13; a second camera 23 provided corresponding to each car for photographing a user getting in the car; determining means 35 for determining whether the assigned car of the user is a car corresponding to the second camera 23; and notification means 36, 24 for notifying the user of boarding error according to a determination result of the determining means 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
