Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator group supervisory operation device that can prevent rope replacement timing or maintenance timing of a landing door device of each of a plurality of elevators from varying.SOLUTION: An elevator group supervisory operation device 3A for controlling operations of a first elevator 1A and a second elevator 2A includes: an operating information acquisition device 31A for acquiring operating information on the first elevator 1A and the second elevator 2A; a deterioration level estimation device 32A that estimates a deterioration level of each portion in longitudinal directions of ropes of the first elevator 1A and the second elevator 2A by using the operating information acquired by the operating information acquisition device 31A and outputs an estimation result; and an operating pattern determination device 33A for determining an operating pattern of the first elevator 1A and the second elevator 2A on the basis of the estimation result of the deterioration level estimation device 32A that is output from the deterioration level estimation device 32A.
